Day-by-day itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival & Reykjavík
Collect your camper at Keflavík, provision for the trip and overnight near the capital.
- Day 2
Golden Circle & Secret Lagoon
Þingvellir, Geysir and Gullfoss, then unwind in the historic Secret Lagoon geothermal pool.
- Day 3
South Coast
Seljalandsfoss, Skógafoss, Reynisfjara and Vík — the south's most photographed sights.
- Day 4
Toward the north
Drive north through ever-changing scenery, with lava fields, lakes and mountain passes along the way.
- Day 5
Akureyri & Goðafoss
Visit the charming northern town of Akureyri and the spectacular Goðafoss, the 'waterfall of the gods'.
- Day 6
North to south
Begin the return journey south, stopping at hot springs and viewpoints at your own pace.
- Day 7
Return
Final drive back to Keflavík for drop-off, with time for a last stop on the way.
